Simplicity Amazing Fit

Do you hesitate to sew clothes because it seems they never fit after all your hard work?
If so, you haven't tried the new Amazing Fit patterns from Simplicity.

I LOVE this pattern.
The Amazing Fit patterns come with separate pattern pieces for cup sizes ranging from A to DD instead of your standard "one size fits all".
I was truly amazed at the fit.
The pattern instructs you to make a muslin first for fit.
You may think making a muslin is a waste of time, but in the end, you will be happy you took an extra 30 minutes to make one.
When choosing your size, really pay attention to the "finished garment measurements" and not just the body measurements.
Don't worry if you have to go up a few sizes from your RTW (ready to wear) size.
(No one will know)
I went up 4 sizes from my RTW and...

Mine fit perfect!

Again, this was fabric from my stash, so I took a bit and appliqued a matching tee for my daughter.

I purchased the embroidery design from Designs by JuJu - isn't it sew cute?

Be sure to keep an eye out for these Amazing Fit patterns to go on sale.
You will be glad you did!

Have a great weekend everyone!

These button front shirt are all the rage right now. I made a sleeveless one and after *tons* of alterations, I have a perfect fit, but I couldn't duplicate it. I need to look into this pattern. Yours turned out great!
Thanks for the review!

That shirt turned out amazing! I wish I was a confident enough in my sewing skills to able to make something like this. Maybe someday!

Thanks for sharing @'Sew Cute Tuesday'. I'll be featuring you tomorrow, so be sure to stop by and grab a 'featured' button!

Oh wow, this is gorgeous! I love the fabric you've used. I might have to track this pattern down, I have a large bust and can never get shirts to fit.
