Fancy foot work

I love my ruffler, it's one of my favorite feet.

My living room furniture is slip covered in white, which gives me the opportunity to change the look often.
I found the easiest way to change the look was making new pillows.
Below are a few from the past I made using my ruffler.

Very Mary Engelbreit-ish, don't you think?
Minus her "Chair of Bowlies", of course.

These are VERY cute and very Mary (: I also have a white sofa and it really does make it so easy to change the color when the mood hits, huh?

I had a sewing machine, but seemed to do better hand stitching everything. Lately I've lost the patience for it, but your site is encouraging me to get back into the game (:

Oh...and I can't wait to see what your project is from a few days ago. Already know I'll love it just by seeing the black toile - it's a fave!!

Have a great weekend!

I am always envious of those who can sew! I think it is such a wonderful thing for a mother to give to her daughter. I love how your blog honors your mom.
