Girly things

I am making three sets of these as Christmas gifts for my teen nieces - each in
a different fabric.
This one belongs to Emily.

Included in this set is a hanger cover, two sachets and a drawstring bag.
If the sachets look a little flat, it's because I have not filled them as yet.
I will be filling them with fresh lavender closer to Christmas.

Love this, what a great way to upcycle a clothing hanger! You have to link this to my Upcycled Awesome Linky party at http://tinyurl.com/Upcycled10

Actually Robin, I am ashamed to say.....no upcycle..... I purchased new wooden hangers for this project to give as Christmas gifts.

Found you via AmyLouWho... what a beautiful gift, I'm sure they will love them. I have been wanting to make those hanger covers ... did you follow a pattern or make them up yourself?

FlyAwayHome said...

Thanks for the compliments ladies.
Sandy... I did not use a pattern, I just laid the wooden hanger down and traced around it.
